I began coaching athletes in 2008. After taking part in endurance sports for more than 15 years and having the opportunity to learn from some of the New England’s best triathlon and cycling coaches, I took the initiative to bring my own perspective to coaching. I have coached several athletes in endurance sports, including triathletes, marathoners, cyclists, and cyclocross racers.

I created CI Multisport to provide the best possible coaching to athletes from absolute novices looking to complete their first sprint triathlon to experienced Ironman athletes. I firmly believe that every athlete deserves all the benefits of elite coaching that pros regularly receive.

CI Multisport focuses on creating a program that suits each athlete’s goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. We understand that 95% of athletes have professional and family obligations and work to create a training program and environment that takes this all into account.

Jared's writings have appeared in the May and October issues of Triathlete Magazine and on the Inside Triathlon website. He has also been working with some fantastic companies to help improve products and test out some newer technology. He is also a sought out speaker and bike fitter and recently traveled to California to work with one of the top teams in the state.
